The Pima Library Foundation engages philanthropy to galvanize support and robust funding for programs and projects that enhance the Pima County Public Library.
Together, we will cultivate a thriving community resource that nurtures learning, creativity, and connection for all.
Since 1999, PLF has raised funding for programs/projects such as Early Math Readiness (children, from birth to age five, form the foundation for their math and reading competency), Sahuarita Library Outdoor Performance Patio (1,000 square foot covered venue, serves more than 30,000 Sahuarita area residents), Workforce Investment/Development (an innovative program that broadens employers’ approach to workforce development and empowers individuals to thrive in the evolving job market), Code Club (the opportunity to learn computer coding), Ready, Set, School! (develops executive brain function activities that help children develop learning skills) and Homework Help (free, personalized tutoring to Pima County learners of all ages).
